Registered Behaviour Analyst & Supervised Behavioural Therapist

Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behaviour Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must be in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts. This position is open to full-time, part-time, or contract opportunities, and while some positions may be virtual, travel to Thunder Bay and surrounding regions may be required. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to provide effective behavioural interventions and support to individuals. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and have the expertise to guide others, we would love to hear from you.


Supervised Behavioural Therapist

We are looking for passionate individuals who excel in play-based therapy and providing compassionate care. Ideal candidates will have post-secondary education in Child and Youth Work (CYW), Early Childhood Education (ECE), Developmental Services Worker (DSW), Behavioural Sciences, or a related field. Completion of Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) coursework is considered an asset. As a Supervised Behavioural Therapist, you will support children and families in implementing evidence-based interventions in a nurturing, supportive environment. Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be in good standing and registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO). Experience working with children is considered an asset, as you will be supporting young clients in developing essential skills for daily living, motor function, and sensory processing. This position offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can expand your skills and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.

Career Inquiries: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Communication Disorder Assistant (CDA)


We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Communication Disorder Assistant (CDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate must be in good standing and registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). Experience working with both adult and pediatric populations is considered an asset, and experience in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is highly valued. Psychology Services

Career Inquiries: Psychology Support for Autism and Behavioural Services Centre


We are seeking psychology support for our Autism and Behavioural Services Centre. The ideal candidate will provide support for assessments, as well as assist in other areas related to autism and behavioural services. This may include behavioural assessments, development of treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to support children and families. Experience in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and behavioural interventions is an asset. We are open to part-time or subcontract work, depending on the candidate's availability and expertise.


The ideal candidate must be in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behavioural Analysts of Ontario (CPOBA) and have relevant experience in the field. We are seeking professionals with various designations, including Registered Psychologists, Behaviour Analysts, and Psychotherapists, who are experienced in working with individuals on the autism spectrum and in behavioural therapy settings.
