In 2023, Karli Atkinson and Meaghan McCallum became the co-owners of Creative Therapy Associates. With decades of combined experience working with children and families, Karli and Meaghan have been integral members of CTA's team since the company’s inception. They are committed to creating a collaborative environment where therapy goals are guided by the child, their family, and everyone involved in the child’s circle of care. Karli, M.S, BCBA, R.B.A (Ont.), serves as the Director of Clinical Services, leading an exceptional team of committed and talented professionals. She oversees our interdisciplinary team, ensuring that children receive the support they need to accomplish their goals. Karli is a compassionate leader whose dedication to making a positive impact on children's lives is matched by her expertise in behavior analysis. Her passion for helping others shines through in everything she does, ensuring that every child receives the personalized care they deserve.
Meaghan, with over 20 years of experience as a therapist and Child and Youth Care Practitioner, now serves as the Director of Business. She is passionate about identifying service gaps and works tirelessly with families and community partners to remove barriers to access. Meaghan’s dedication to program development ensures that our services reach all children and families in need. Her unwavering commitment to supporting others, combined with her warmth and dedication, plays a vital role in managing a team of highly skilled and talented professionals to ensure exceptional care for every child and family.
